PPF Hoolduspesu (PPF maintenance)

A PPF-ed or vinyl wrapped car needs special care from time to time, because the PPF surface is much different from the car's paintwork or even ceramic coatings. We have specialised products that help to delicately clean and maintain the wrap surface. This isrecommended if you wish to get the most out of your investment into PPF / vinyl wrap.

Pre-wash
Gyeon Foam - we use the best snow foam product on the market to dissolve and lift the dirt from your vehicle before the contact wash. This does not damage existing waxes or ceramic coatings.

Road tar removal
Gyeon Tar Evolved - we use PH-neutral chemicals that are completely safe for automotive paint, plastics (painted and unpainted) and glass. 

Iron fallout removal
Gyeon Iron Redefined - the most efficient and fast-reacting product on the market to remove iron and brake dust deposits from your car. PH-neutral of course.

Door jamb cleaning
Cleaning the door jambs using Gyeon PPF Wash and Smoothie. Over time, dirt accumulates to the door jambs via splashes and transfer from footwear.

Hand washing of the car
Gyeon PPF Wash and Smoothie are used to ensure maximum safety when contact washing the car. This step is necessary to remove the remaining dirt and road film that could not be removed via the contactless wash stages. We use a special PPF-friendly product to wash the car.

Protection of glass surfaces
We use Gyeon QuickView glass ceramic coatings to give your windshield, driver and front passenger window long term hydrophobic properties. The glass coating helps increase visibility in poor weather conditions, leading to a safer ride and reduced need to use windshield wipers.

Tire shine
We apply Gyeon Tire to give your clean tires a satin black finish. It has a ceramic component that creates a barrier that helps the tire walls repel dirt and water.

Refreshing faded exterior plastics
Gyeon Preserve is used to give sun-faded plastic surfaces a fresh look, adding a UV protection layer and easier cleanability.

Ceramic liquid wax
We add the ceramic Gyeon PPF Maintain liquid wax, a special after-wash maintenance product for cars with PPF or vinyl wraps. It leaves a thin, hydrophobic layer and extends the PPF-s life.

Rinsing
We rinse off the last remaining wash residues.

Drying with blower and microfiber drying towels
We remove the majority of the water with our specialized blower. Then we dry the bodywork and details using our plush, soft and clean microfiber towels.

Adding washer fluids
If needed we will add windshiel washer fluids appropriate for the season.
